S.H.I.F.T. Daily is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. By using this app you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of or restrict the use of this app by any other member.
S.H.I.F.T. Daily provides guided lessons, action steps, community channels, and alignment tools through the S.H.I.F.T. Alignment Method. All content is intended for educational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute licensed financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
The Health pillar of this app includes general wellness and habit content for personal development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, or mental health advice. If you have medical or mental health concerns please consult a licensed medical or mental health professional.

By purchasing a membership to S.H.I.F.T. Daily you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Founders pricing is available to the first 100 members only and is subject to change after that threshold is reached. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Lifetime memberships are a one time payment with no recurring charges. Annual memberships renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase date until cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your S.H.I.F.T. Daily membership at any time using one of the following methods:
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle your cancellation request must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before a billing date will take effect at the end of that billing cycle. You will retain full access to the app through the end of your paid period.
A trial confirmation email will be sent on day one and a reminder email will be sent two days before your trial ends.
S.H.I.F.T. Daily offers a 7-day free trial for new members. After the trial period ends and billing begins all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by California law.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a concern about your membership contact us immediately at admin@4dfs.net and we will review your request. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 4D Financial Solutions LLC.
By participating in the S.H.I.F.T. Daily community channels you agree to engage respectfully and constructively with other members. You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading. You agree not to share another member's personal information without their consent. You agree not to promote outside products or services without prior written permission from 4D Financial Solutions LLC.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards and to revoke membership access for repeated violations without refund.
All content inside S.H.I.F.T. Daily including lessons, action steps, the S.H.I.F.T. Alignment Method framework, written materials, and branding is the property of 4D Financial Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any app content without prior written permission.

Daily app you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4D Financial Solutions LLC, its owner, representatives, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your breach of any representation or obligation stated herein.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Members will be notified by email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
