S.H.I.F.T. Daily offers a 7-day free trial for new members. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. Once the trial period ends your selected membership plan will begin billing automatically.
No charges will be made during your trial period. If you cancel before your trial ends you will not be billed.
Day 1 — Trial Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent on day one with your trial start date, trial end date, membership plan, billing amount, and scheduled billing date.
Day 5 — Trial Reminder Email: A reminder email will be sent two days before your trial ends with your trial end date, membership plan, billing amount, and scheduled billing date so you have plenty of time to make a decision before billing begins.
To cancel during your trial period you may use either of the following methods:
Due to the nature of digital membership content including lessons, action steps, and community access, refunds are not provided once the trial period has ended and access has been granted.
To cancel your S.H.I.F.T. Daily membership you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date by emailing admin@4dfs.net.
If your cancellation request is received less than 7 days before your billing date your account will be charged for the next billing cycle and your cancellation will go into effect at the end of that cycle. You will retain access to the app through the end of your paid period.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time following the cancellation policy above. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Lifetime memberships are a one time payment. All lifetime membership purchases are final and non-refundable after the 7-day free trial period.
Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time following the cancellation policy above. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining period.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 4D Financial Solutions LLC. Any exception made in one instance does not create an obligation to provide a refund in any future instance.
